These terms are an agreement between you and [legal company name] about your use of WalmartValueWithdraw. Please read them before you create an account or submit a card.

Draft for review. The highlighted details still need to be filled in, and this document should be checked by a qualified lawyer before launch.
01 About these terms
WalmartValueWithdraw is operated by [legal company name], registered in [country] under company number [registration number], with its registered address at [registered address]. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the service.
By creating an account, submitting a card or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Walmart Inc., and we do not act on Walmart's behalf.
02 Who can use the service
To use the service you must:
- be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract
- use the service for yourself or for a business you are authorised to represent
- not be subject to sanctions, and not be located in a country we cannot serve, as listed at [sanctions or restricted countries]
- provide accurate information and keep it up to date
You may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
03 Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your login details with anyone.
If you think someone else has access to your account, contact us immediately at support@walmartvaluewithdraw.com.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we process a trade or release a payout.
04 Cards we accept
We buy prepaid Walmart Business Cards that still hold a balance. We do not buy Walmart gift cards or Walmart Business credit cards.
Each time you submit a card, you confirm that:
- the card belongs to you, or you are authorised by the owner to sell it
- the card was obtained lawfully and is not the proceeds of fraud or any crime
- the balance has not already been sold, spent or promised to anyone else
- the details and images you give us are genuine and unaltered
05 Submitting a card and verification
When you submit a card, you authorise us to check its balance and status. Verification times vary, and we may ask you for more information or documents before we continue.
We may decline a card, for example where the balance cannot be confirmed, the card has already been used, the details do not match, or we suspect fraud. If we decline a card we will tell you in your dashboard.
[Describe what happens to a declined card: is it returned, held, or reported? Set this out clearly.]
06 Payout amount and payment
You will see the payout amount for your card before you confirm a trade. Once you confirm and the card is verified, we send your payout to the method you chose.
You can be paid in USDT, Bitcoin or by USD bank transfer. You are responsible for giving us the correct wallet address, network and bank details.
Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed once sent. If you give us an incorrect address or the wrong network, we cannot recover the funds.
[State any fees you charge and how they are applied, any minimum or maximum trade size, and the currency conversion source you use.]
07 Cancelling a trade
[Set out whether a customer can cancel after confirming a trade, and up to what point. For example: until the card has been verified, or until the payout has been sent.]
08 Things you must not do
You must not:
- submit a card that is stolen, fraudulently obtained, or not yours to sell
- use the service to launder money or to fund crime
- give false information, impersonate anyone, or use someone else's identity documents
- open more than one account, or open an account for someone we have suspended
- access the service with bots or scrapers, or try to break, overload or reverse engineer it
09 Suspending or closing an account
We may suspend or close your account, hold a payout, or refuse a trade if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms or the law, or where we are required to do so.
Where we are allowed to, we will tell you why and what you can do about it. We may report suspected fraud or financial crime to the authorities and to the card issuer.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account does not affect trades already in progress.
10 Taxes
You are responsible for working out and paying any tax you owe on money you receive from us. We do not give tax advice.
11 Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.
12 Intellectual property
The WalmartValueWithdraw name, logo, site design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Walmart, Walmart Business and related marks belong to Walmart Inc. We refer to them only to describe the cards we buy.
13 Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
We are not liable for losses caused by details you gave us incorrectly, including a wrong wallet address or network, or for delays outside our control.
[State your liability cap, for example: our total liability for any trade is limited to the payout amount for that trade. A lawyer should check this against the consumer law where you operate, as some limits cannot be excluded.]
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
14 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you, for example by email or a notice on the site, before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
15 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [country or state]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [country or state], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
[If you want disputes to go to arbitration instead, or you want to include a complaints process to follow first, set that out here with a lawyer's help.]
